How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, either you can call us at 770 279 2020 or click here to make the appointment online.
Can I get same day appt, same day treatment?
Sure we’re here to help. Procedures such as extractions and crowns are available the same day subject to availaibility of appointment. Cleanings are available the same day in some circumstances. If your gums are unhealthy it will require a return appointment to ensure enough time is allotted to treat your condition.
Does your dental office work on children?
Yes, we are available to schedule your appointment for a cleaning please call the office
I was referred to an endodontist/ oral surgeon do you have one there?
We are a general practice, the doctors diagnoses, treats, and manages your overall oral health care needs. We would love to schedule your appointment but if you have been referred by another doctor to a specialist please follow the recommendations of your doctor. We have general practitioners.
I have an emergency, can the doctor take out my tooth today?
Our next appointment is available as soon as today. The doctor has to look at the xray to see if you can have a same day extractions. We make every effort to help relieve your pain however we have to work in a safe manner so the doctor has to see you first to make that decision.
Do you do braces?
"We are a general practice, the doctors diagnoses, treats, and manages your overall oral health care needs, including gum care, root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges, and preventive education.

Can I get a cleaning today?
We have to schedule you for an exam and xray before we can clean your teeth. We are happy that you would like for us to clean your teeth. The doctor will review your x-rays and the hygienist will measure your gum depths to diagnose the type of cleaning that you will need. If time permits we will do your cleaning same day otherwise we will schedule you an appointment that is allow enough time to treat you.
How much is an exam? If I had an exam at another office, do I have to have another one there?
Each doctor performs their own independent diagnosis. Our doctor can examine a single area of your mouth for $75 or can exam all of your teeth and the health of your gums for $124.
How much is it to get a tooth extracted?
Our members receive tooth extractions ranging from $139 to $179.
I don't have insurance and I am looking for options to get my cavities filled/ taken care of.

How do you qualify for the care credit? Is there a payment plan option? Is there a down payment?

Payment plans are offered to patients that require multiple appointments to complete treatment. Payment plans are arranged in the office with the office manager and require a deposit. Deposits and down payments are determined according to the number of required visits and the total amount of treatment."
What is the total cost for upper implants?
Our members receive a single tooth implant+abutment+crown+ct scan from $2699 to $2999. Additional charges will apply if other procedures are required.
What is the cost for Partials?
Our members receive partials ranging from $599 to $999. Additional charges will apply if other procedures are required.
Do you take Ambetter insurance?
No, we do not take this insurance. We have very affordable prices. Look for our specials.
Do you take Medicaid?
No, we do not take this insurance. We have very affordable prices, take a look at our specials.
Do you take a speicific insurance?
We accept all PPO insurances however insurance can get a little tricky. We may not be able to answer your question until we speak on the phone about your specific needs. Please call us if we can help you further.
How much is my insurance going to pay?
A treatment plan will be provided at the time of your exam. We will discuss the fees and organize your appointments. The treatment plan will estimate your insurance coverage however this estimation is not a guarantee of payment. This Estimation Does Not Calculate If Your Insurance Has Clauses That May Limit Coverage, Including but Not Limited to Waiting Periods and Alternate Benefits. The Patient Will Be Held Financially Responsible for Any Estimated Unpaid Amount by Their Insurance
Can you fix my partial?
We will have to schedule you an appointment with the doctor. The doctor will have to view the partial to see where it is broken and the material of the partial to see if it can be repaired.
Does your office has a sliding scale prices based on income?
At this time we do not operate on a sliding scale. We have very affordable prices, please take a look at our specials.

As a non-insured patient, we provided the $99.00 special for initial exam and x-rays. Insured patients need to provide insurance information so we can access your coverage.

Mon-Wed 9am-5pm. Thurs 9am-2pm. Open every other Friday 9am-2pm. These hours can change, please check our website for latest hours.
